The core of the Grow Effect Model is designed to be useful for both individual leaders, teams, and groups. Grounded in Neuroscience, it fosters a growth mindset where leaders shift their thinking or feeling to create new neural pathways. This generates new actions that lead to greater effectiveness.
The Grow Effect Model leverages two specific tools to enable the deep journey of self-awareness and growth: Integrative9 Enneagram and Shift Positive 360
Leaders are the most energized and most engaged leveraging strengths. We focus on building a growth mindset by focusing on what's already strong, how to leverage those strengths in new ways, and how to point those strengths toward developmental areas.
For anyone to grow, there must be a deep awareness of self, what lies in the subconscious. Once aware, one can create a new / different action in service of their goals. We primarily work with the Integrative9 Enneagram to surface and raise awareness.
Knowledge is power, and engaging various perspectives to understand how others see a leader at their best and as well as how to be more effective is an essential component to growth. We use the Shift Positive feedback method, which helps cultivate a growth mindset while creating a system of support through allyship.
Through this process we co-create a growth strategy to work at and discuss on a bi-weekly basis through 1:1 coaching.
When a group of people (typically 8-12) are all focused on and accountable to one central goal, they are a team. We love to help teams optimize their working dynamics which ultimately optimizes their effectiveness.
There's always something that's working within a teamâidentifying and leveraging individual and team strengths is where we like to start and then build on what's possible from there. For any team to thrive they must trust each other, which requires vulnerability. We love using the Integrative Enneagram team report to help team members dip down into a deeper level of understanding, driving more empathy, trust and connection. From there the team can begin growing together.
Other essential areas for team effectiveness include cultivating healthy conflict, having clear commitments, and a willingness to hold self and each other accountable to desired results. We have a several models we leverage to drive growth in these essential areas.
We co-create the desired outcomes and results for the team, and, over an extended period of time, work the Grow Effect process together, tracking progress and celebrating wins along the way.
Group coaching (different from team coaching) can be an effective way to scale coaching in your organization. We have proven programs for high potentials, women in leadership, or department specific groups, i.e., integrating the sales and marketing departments. We're happy to co-create the right program for your desired outcomes and budget featuring one or more components of the Grow Effect Model to ensure everyone in the group is set up to grow and thrive.
